SAQ 101

Course is designed as our foundational/prerequisite course for SAQ 201/301.

Teaches basic agility technique and body positioning.

Introduces athletes to basic cuts and movement patterns.

Athletes will be pre-tested and post-tested using the 5-0-5 agility drill test.

 

Offered:

Saturdays 9:00-10:00am                Mondays 6:00-7:00pm

 

Cost:

$120 (4 sessions)                          $200 (Unlimited)

Basketball STRONG

Course is designed to address strength needs and deficiencies for athletes whose primary sport is basketball. Exercises will be modified as necessary. Special attention will be given to proper lifting mechanics in order to promote injury free training.

 

Offered:

Saturdays 11:00am-12:00pm        Mondays 7:00-8:00pm

VertiMax 101

Course is designed to introduce athletes to training with our VertiMax and Raptor equipment. Special attention is given to deceleration training that protects athletes during training and competition by strengthening the muscle groups that assist in slowing down athletic movements, which is where most injuries occur.

 

Offered:

Saturdays 10:00-11:00am
